On 24 April 2024, the EU Parliament adopted the English version of the PPWR. It had previously been confirmed by the Standing Committee of the Member States. High time pressure, various timelines and as yet undefined regulations will make the implementation of the PPWR a challenge. And even if there are still many uncertainties, countless delegated acts and implementing guidelines will have to appear over the next three years – clear guidelines have been set and the requirements are in black and white.<\/p>\n
